I’m a Russian-Australian engineer based in Trondheim, Norway. I turn engineering into software.

I moved to Australia as a teenager and still call it home. I took my engineering master’s there and started out as a structural engineer. The last decade I’ve spent building engineering software for infrastructure, starting with telecom towers, where I watched an industry that engineered every tower from scratch learn what configuration could do to its cost curve. Along the way I did the whole founder circuit: sold engineering SaaS to engineers, raised money without a hype machine. And learned that a working product feels like the summit until you see the real mountain behind it: selling it. I made that climb myself, deal by deal.

Since May 2026 I’ve been a PhD candidate at NTNU in Trondheim, researching design-for-industrialization of offshore wind substructures: why every foundation is still engineered like it’s the first one, and what it would take to change that.
